Juli Inkster, born Juli Simpson on June 24, 1960, is an American professional golfer who has made a significant impact on the sport. Over her illustrious 29-year career on the LPGA Tour, Inkster has amassed 31 victories, ranking her second among all active players. Her earnings of over $14 million reflect her consistent success on the course. Inkster has also achieved remarkable success in Solheim Cup matches, earning her the distinction of having the most wins by any American golfer in the tournament’s history. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to golf, she was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame.
Raised in Santa Cruz, California, Inkster developed an early passion for golf. She attended Harbor High School and then went on to play college golf at San Jose State University.
