Shericka Jackson, OD, was born on July 16, 1994, in Jamaica. She is a Jamaican sprinter who excels in the 100 meters, 200 meters, and 400 meters. Widely recognized for her exceptional speed, Jackson made history in 2022 by becoming the fastest woman alive in the 200 meters and the second-fastest woman of all time in this event.
Jackson began her career as a 400-meter sprinter and quickly established herself as one of the top athletes in the discipline. She showcased her talent on the world stage, winning bronze medals at the 2016 Rio Olympics, the 2015 World Championships, and the 2019 World Championships.
